Please be sure to have as much of the following information as possible before contacting us:
If you're having a problem with installation:
- What version of Windows are you running?
- If you're running a version of Windows prior to Windows'95, do you already have Win32s installed?
- Were there any problems with the download of the software (did it decompress without any errors)?
If you're having difficulties with communications or faxing:
- What kind of modem do you have?
- If it's not on our supported modem driver list, which modem drivers have you tried thus far?
- What com port is it set up on?
- Does the modem operate properly in Terminal, Hyperterminal, or any other kind of communications software?
- What is the exact error message (if any) that appears on the screen?
If you're experiencing Win32s errors:
- What video and sound drivers are you running?
- Are you running anything else in the background (screensavers, replacement desktops, other applications)?
- How much available system resources do you have?
